Leiner Lache

Leiner is the Innovation Director for Shrimp at Skretting. Originally from Colombia, he has gained international experience by working in Brazil and France before moving to Norway. Leiner holds a master’s degree in Economics and Innovation Management from Strasbourg University in France. His background includes roles in both B2C and B2B companies, with over five years of specific experience in the aquaculture feed industry. He has led teams in strategic marketing, UX design for new technology, research and development, and innovation processes in various industries.
