Shrimp Feed: Commodity Update and Feed Manufacturers' Perspectives

Scope /

After attending this session, you will have a good understanding of the latest developments related to the main shrimp feed ingredients and the shrimp feed manufacturing segment of the industry. You will also be inspired by how feed companies view the future of the industry. During this session, we will first listen to Rabobank's latest update on the global commodity market. Their managing director of agro-commodity market research will present his views on the current status of the plant-based and marine ingredients markets. There will be time for a few questions afterward. We are proud to have Helene Ziv-Douki, the President of Cargill Aqua Nutrition, present her "Feed Manufacturer's View on the Future of the Shrimp Industry." She will explain the company's vision for how the shrimp industry must evolve to remain future-proof and produce one of the best proteins for feeding the growing world population. After Helene Ziv-Douki's presentation, high-level executives from various feed companies active in different parts of the world will join the stage to reflect on her company's vision and discuss other pressing issues that concern shrimp feed manufacturers.
