Venticia Hukom

Venticia Hukom is the Managing Director of Kaleka, an Indonesian organization dedicated to benefiting nature and society by working with farmers, fishers, and forest-dependent communities. As a food and resource economist specializing in aquaculture, Venticia has extensive experience in shrimp cultivation and has published research on the topic. Her work at Kaleka involves leading projects that promote environmentally responsible shrimp, mud crab, and seaweed farming while improving the livelihoods of forest and coastal communities in Central Kalimantan and West Papua.
