Sandro Coglitore is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Ecuador’s shrimp industry. He has extensive expertise in managing a vertically integrated shrimp production and export company, which includes three hatcheries, five shrimp farms, and two processing plants. Recently, Sandro expanded his influence beyond Ecuador through Omarsa’s investment in Panama, encompassing a laboratory, three shrimp farms, and a processing plant. His skill set includes deep market analysis and forecasting to drive sales, and he has been a passionate advocate for sustainable shrimp production. Notably, Omarsa became the first shrimp exporter worldwide to achieve ASC Certification under his leadership. In addition to English, Sandro is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and German.
