Will Rash

Will Rash is Managing Director of The Big Prawn Company and has 30 yrs experience in the shellfish industry. Prior to Big Prawn, Will was at Anchor Seafoods and the Findus Group as Shellfish Procurement Director and had the responsibility for both procurement and technical functions. Will is an Industry recognized expert whose ethos has always been a focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing of shellfish. Will holds a degree in Food Science from Reading University.
