Diego Xavier Illingworth Torres

Diego Illingworth has been CEO of Naqua in KSA since October 2021. Before that he worked in Ecuador at Pescanova operations – Promarisco were he joined in 2008. Prior to joining Promarisco, he had worked for Unilever in Ecuador for 12 years holding different positions in the Supply Chain.

He has been surrounded by aquaculture since a young age because his father pioneered the industry when he was growing up in the 80’s. He was born and raised in Ecuador, then moved to the United States to undertake university studies. He graduated as Mechanical Engineer from Bucknell University, and later obtained an MBA from Rollins College.
