Clement Ray

Clément Ray is Co-founder and CEO of Innovafeed, an innovative biotechnological company that produces a new source of proteins from insects (Hermetia Illucens) for animal feed in general and for aquaculture more specifically. With the inauguration of its second industrial site in France in February 2020, Innovafeed is Europe’s largest insect producer. Prior to founding Innovafeed, Clément worked as a project leader at McKinsey & Company where he specialized on economic development in Europe and Africa and more specifically on agricultural growth strategies. He is a graduate from Columbia University (US) and Ecole Centrale Paris (France).
