Delphine Melchior is the director of Core Nutrition at Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH).
Delphine has led several global teams encompassing research and development, additives technology, sustainability and feed processing for land and aqua species. Delphine has a passion for customer-driven innovation, change management and talent development. She has shaped and led a global development program dedicated to technical talent all over the world for ANH called Alaatus Technology Excellence program. Delphine built the sustainability business strategy for global Cargill Animal nutrition and is highly dedicated to exploring and developing new products and solutions to make animal nutrition more sustainable. Delphine is focused on delivering solid nutrition and quality optimization process that positively impact business results.
Delphine joined Cargill in 2008 as a global product manager and prior to Cargill, she was in charge of amino acids business development and innovation for Ajinomoto Eurolysine in Paris.
Delphine holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nutrition and Health from Agrocampus Rennes in France. Originally from Marseille, Delphine and her husband, Bruno, live in Brittany, France with their daughter, Espérance. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and outdoor activities with friends and family.
