Helen Ann Hamilton, PhD

Dr. Helen Ann Hamilton holds a PhD in Industrial Ecology and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. She is a leading sustainability scientist with almost 15 years of experience in aquaculture and environmental impact assessment and has been published in a range of top scientific journals, including Nature. Currently, Dr. Hamilton is the Global Sustainability Manager responsible for the technical department at BioMar where she leads a team of analysts responsible for implementing best-in-class science that forms the foundation of BioMar’s BioSustain program. She believes primary data is key for driving and documenting credible deep emissions reductions throughout the aquaculture value chain.
