Isaac comes from a fishing and aquacultural village called Nizampatnam, Bapatla District of Andhra Pradesh, India. He's cultivating 80 hectares of aqua farms at Lankevanidibba in the same district, mainly probiotic-based extensive aquaculture. With the support from Abad Fisheries, since 2010, he's become a supplier of seafood in his area, which is predominantly a black tiger cultivating area.

Being aqua farmer himself, and actively working in seafood supplies, he feels fortunate to be at the forefront of adoption of the latest technology in aquaculture and its distribution to the neighbouring aqua farmers community. Sustainability being the aim of farming, he is continuously promoting best aquaculture practices to about 1300 farmers in the four neighbouring coastal districts, from whom he collects raw material for Abad Overseas Private Limited.

A part of his own farm is ASC-certified for the black tiger. He is the first farmer to adopt and cultivate SPF black tiger from Andhra Pradesh. While suppling shrimp frozen alive, a niche product for premium markets, a unique, sustainable post-harvest precautions are being taken. He says it is a matter of practice, and other packers find it difficult to follow and get better results.
