Johan Brouwer

Johan is the Managing Director of Cooke Europe, the new name for the Cooke group companies Morubel (Belgium), Ristic (Germany), and Wanchese Europe (France). He previously held roles at Veramaris, Seafood Connection, and Mowi, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Global Shrimp Forum Foundation.

Cooke Europe is the European sales arm of Cooke’s global operations. The company is fully integrated in Argentinian red shrimp, vannamei, and black tiger shrimp across various regions, processing and selling approximately 20,000 MT of shrimp annually in Europe.
