Lars Hedegaard Knudsen founded SOLEA International 20 years ago. Starting as an importer of frozen seafood/shrimp from around the world, SOLEA has now grown into small international group vertically integrating their business by expanding into shrimp farming in Panama. SOLEA Cultivos Panamá and SOLEA Intensivos Panamá are the two shrimp farms where SOLEA is now farming their vannamei shrimp with focus on high-quality produce by doing ‘Live Frozen Shrimp’.
