Kristen M. Baumer

Kristen M. Baumer was born and raised in the Wild Caught American Shrimp business and has served as President of Paul Piazza & Son, Inc., named after his great grandfather, since 2005. Kristen is responsible for all aspects of the business including sourcing, production, and sales of Wild American Shrimp. During his tenure, he has taken a leadership role in preparing the fishery to achieve sustainability certifications, while protecting the livelihoods of the many hardworking fishermen who are the backbone of the fishery. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Loyola School of Law.
