Andrés Jiménez Zorrilla is the CEO of Shrimp Welfare Project (SWP), an organisation dedicated to improving the welfare of farmed shrimp. Prior to SWP, he worked for more than 15 years in investment banking and private equity for firms such as Morgan Stanley and Aermont Capital in the United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico and Qatar.
