Brett Dodge is Ergon Associates’ Lead on Human Rights in Agriculture and Food Systems. Brett conducts and leads projects aimed at understanding and addressing labour and human rights impacts in agriculture and seafood supply chains and has created and co-developed several of Ergon’s methods for supporting businesses to fulfil their commitments to respect human rights, including supply chain Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA). He has extensive experience engaging and facilitating discussions with businesses and their supply chain partners (retailers, traders, and producers) as well as non-profits and collaborative initiatives on conducting human rights due diligence, mitigating and remediating human rights impacts, and overcoming barriers to progress within value chains.
