Teresa is the Aquaculture and Fisheries Manager for Hilton Seafood, a subdivision of Hilton Foods — a multi-protein global company and the leading supplier of chilled fish to the UK market. She specializes in supply chain management in aquaculture and wild fisheries with a focus on sustainability, ethical supply chains and animal welfare.
Originally from Spain, Teresa obtained her degree in Biology at the University of Seville before moving to Scotland to study Sustainable Aquaculture MsC at the University of Stirling. After graduating, Teresa started her career as a biologist in rainbow trout and salmon, working in farms across Scotland.
